Funds are held until you approve milestone completion. For standard milestones, funds are typically released within 24-48 hours of approval. For disputes, funds remain in escrow until resolution.
If a provider fails to deliver as agreed, you can open a dispute. Our team reviews all communications and evidence. If the provider is at fault, we work to return your funds and may remove the provider from our platform.
All providers must submit government ID (passport/ Emirates ID) and proof of business (trade license for companies). We manually review portfolios and may request additional documentation. Verification badges indicate completed vetting.
